About the Programme

PerformPro is a 16-week high-performance development programme specifically designed for club players aged 13-16. We provide the physical conditioning and mental resilience training that complements your existing club training – we don’t replace it, we enhance it.

Our programme is designed to make your child better at their club. We focus on individual physical development and mental skills that clubs don’t have time to address. Your child will arrive at club training fitter, stronger, and more mentally prepared.

Our programme runs in 16-week cycles, which is the minimum time needed to see significant development. However, you can try a FREE taster session with no commitment to see if it’s right for your child.

Training Details

In-Person Sessions: Thursday, 4:30-5:30pm at The Oval, Bedworth

App Sessions: Flexible – your child can complete these at home, gym, or anywhere convenient

App sessions are completely flexible. For in-person sessions, we understand life happens – we’ll help your child catch up and stay on track with their development.

Maximum 10 players per in-person session to ensure individual attention and quality coaching.

All equipment for in-person sessions is provided. For app sessions, minimal equipment is needed – we’ll provide a complete list, but most exercises can be done with bodyweight only.

Absolutely! Our programme is designed for all ambitious young footballers aged 13-16, regardless of gender. The physical and mental development principles are the same.

Absolutely! We start where your child is and build from there. The programme is designed to develop fitness progressively over 16 weeks.

Yes! Our app provides detailed tracking of every session, strength gains, speed improvements, and fitness markers. You’ll receive regular progress reports.

Players can continue with additional 16-week cycles to maintain and further develop their gains. We also provide long-term development planning.

Practical Concerns

We understand school comes first. App sessions are flexible and can be done around homework and other commitments. In-person sessions are scheduled outside typical school hours.

We can adjust training loads during exam periods. The app allows for flexible scheduling, and we prioritize your child’s overall wellbeing.

No, parents are responsible for transport to The Oval in Bedworth. However, many families arrange carpools.

We’re confident in our programme quality. If you’re not satisfied after the first 4 weeks, we’ll discuss options. Our goal is your child’s development and your satisfaction.

Safety and Qualifications

Rob Brannan is UEFA B Licensed with over 14 years of coaching experience. All additional coaches hold minimum FA Level 2 or UEFA B qualifications.

All training is age-appropriate and follows youth development guidelines. We focus on proper technique, progressive loading, and injury prevention throughout the programme.

We follow all FA safeguarding guidelines. All coaches are DBS checked and safeguarding trained.
